My Story
I did not come into this work by accident.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in human resources. I sat across from women navigating burnout, workplace stress, grief, divorce, and quiet overwhelm. I saw how much women carry while still showing up for everyone else.
Eventually, I realized I did not just want to support systems. I wanted to support the women inside them.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Newman University in 2017 and became Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) certified through EMDRIA that same year. I am a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and am currently participating in the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD).
I am a wife, a mother and stepmother to four adult children, and a grandmother to five. I understand the complexity of identity shifts over time, and the way women evolve, stretch, lose parts of themselves, and find them again.

My work focuses on helping women heal trauma, untangle long-standing patterns, and reconnect with their clarity and strength. My understanding of grief and trauma is not only professional, it is personal. I approach this work with deep respect for the ways loss and sudden change can reshape life.

Therapy with me is grounded, thoughtful, and direct. I believe it should feel both safe and purposeful. A place where you can slow down, share your truth, and experience meaningful change.
I continue to deepen my training and am exploring advanced study in depth psychology and archetypal studies, reflecting my interest in the deeper layers of meaning that shape our lives.
